Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, just click “order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Switch Meastro and Electron. You will not be charged until all items in your order are in stock and ready to ship.

Product Representation

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the specifications of your monitor, we cannot guarentee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this website. Non-acceptance of an order may occur due to one or more of the following factors:

  • The product requested is out of stock.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment.
  • We identify an error within the product description (including price or promotion).

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you, at any time.

Ownership

Ownership of goods does not transfer until payment is made and accepted in full, but receipt of goods transfers responsibility for insurance to the customer.

Transit damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.

Delivery schedule and prices

Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days unless next day delivery is required. Below is the delivery time scales and prices

  • Standard delivery, 3-5 working days, £5.00
  • Next day delivery, before 1pm the following business day, £12.00
  • Special delivery, before 9am the following business day, £17.50

Both next day delivery and special delivery are guaranteed with royal mail. Orders must have been placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday otherwise it will be dispatched the following business day (Monday to Friday).

Refunds

Most goods can be exchanged or refunded by simply returning the goods to our postal address within 14 days of dispatch and/or contacting us at sales@eveningsuit.co.uk or 01332 344477. We reserve the right to refuse a refund at any time. Refusal may occur due to one or more of the following:

  • The item is underwear or cosmetics (such as fragrances).
  • The item is damaged or worn/used.
  • The item is received at our depot after 14 days of original dispatch.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
