We always make a big effort to send orders out quickly. However, at busy times and when stock has to be sourced from one of our alternative stores, please allow up to seven working days for your parcel to arrive. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the items is not suitable, you will need to return the order to us at 13 Market Place, Derby, DE1 3QJ and we will then refund you the order value excluding delivery.
we offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £150. Please note: This discount code only works on FULL PRICE orders. If your order contains a discounted item, the offer will not work. In this instance, please place your order as normal and if it is over £100, we will then subsequently refund.
We are now offering a free Click & Collect service. Simply choose your products on our website and collect in our Derby or Burton store. We are able to offer collection in under an hour (subject to the item being in stock at your chosen branch.) All social distancing measures are in place to ensure you are able to collect your item safely. For further information please call 01332 344612.
Most goods can be exchanged or refunded by simply returning the goods to our postal address within 28 days of dispatch and/or contacting us at info@brigdens.com or 01332 344612. We reserve the right to refuse a refund at any time. Refusal may occur due to one or more of the following:
- The item is underwear or cosmetics (such as fragrances).
- The item is damaged or worn/used.
- The item is received at our depot after 14 days of original dispatch.
We would always recommend using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Brigdens. Once the item has arrived back at our store please allow up to 5 working days for the order to be processed and an exchange or refund issued.

In the event of an exchange, the customer remains responsible for paying the return cost. However, we will cover the shipping of the replacement item(s). We can also refund or exchange your item in store for free. Please check our website for our current opening hours.
